How to know whether it is Vata Depression:
- Fear, anxiety and irritability.
- Insomnia
- Nervousness
Recommendations:
- Drink tea made by steeping 1 tsp of dashmoola in a cup of hot water twice a day.
- Drink tea made by steeping ½ tsp of ashwagandha and brahmi in a cup of water for 10 minutes. Take this twice or thrice a day.
- Drink tea made by steeping ¼ tsp of basil and ½ tsp of sage in a cup of hot water twice a day.
- Take Nasya with 3-5 drops of sesame oil morning and evening on empty stomach.
- Rub soles of your feet and your scalp with sesame oil.
- Try to spend time with other people to help deal with loneliness.
