Mangoes are rich in vitamins A, B, and C. Eating mangoes is good for people who suffer from weak digestion and those constantly affected by colds and coughs.

Way of consuming –
It is recommended to take black plums, seeds of jackfruit, small quantities of dry ginger powder or milk after some time of eating mangoes.
Do not drink water after eating mangoes.
For overall health and strength and to improve immunity, eat a ripe mango in the morning followed by milk cooked with ginger root powder and dry dates.
The oil of mango seeds helps prevent premature greying of hair and is useful in curing hair issues such as dandruff, hair fall, and premature grey hair.
To make the hair black and long, apply a paste made of leaves of young stems of a mango tree.
To help control hair fall and to make your hair black, apply the oil infused under the sun with ground peels of unripe mango fruits and leaves.
In case of excessive thirst, drink the decoction made of the kernel along with 10 gm of rock sugar in it.
In case of hoarseness of voice, take 40 gm mango leaves and boil them in 400 gm water till 100 gm water is left. Add honey and drink this slowly.
Take 2-3 gm of mango leaf juice with honey to control the hiccups. Another remedy is taking 2-4 gm of a blend of mango and coriander leaves with lukewarm water twice or thrice daily.
In case of dry cough, take a fully ripe mango fruit, bake it (in fire or sand), let it cool, and suck it slowly.
In case someone is suffering from bulimia nervosa, take 250 gm sweet mangoes’ juice, 40 gm ghee, and 100 gm sugar. Grind this and take the mixture for 15 days.
In case of diarrhea:
In the case of intestinal worms, take 250-500 mg of unripe mango seeds powder with curd or water every morning and evening.
To help cure diabetes, take 11gm of mango leaves dried under shade and boil them in half-liter water. Reduce it to 1/4th, sieve it, and drink this every morning and evening for a few days. Taking 2-5 gm of powder made from shade-dried soft mango leaves every day can help in controlling diabetes.
In case of liver malfunctioning, take 6 gm of shade-dried mango leaves and boil them in 250 gm water till it reduces to 125 gm. Strain and drink in the morning after adding a little amount of milk.
In case of inflammation of the large intestine, take 50 gm juice of fresh mangoes, mix 25 gm of sweet curd and 1 tsp of dry ginger powder, and take this 2-3 times a day for just a few days.
In case of cholera, mango juice or panna should be given to the patient repeatedly.
In case of boils and wounds, apply the gum of the mango. To heal boils formed as a result of sunstroke, apply the pulp of unripe raw mango roasted slowly on fire.
For immediate relief in burns, apply a paste made of mango seed kernel and water.
In the case of syphilis, taking 25-30 gm of juice of mango bark with goat milk for 7 days in the morning is helpful.
In the case of gonorrhea and other urinary diseases:
To increase sexual potency, take 5-10 gm of mango powder with milk.
In case of a foul smell from vaginal discharge, apply a paste made of ground mango flowers, bark and leaves in water.
In case of vaginal problems, taking 6-7 gm of dried mango seeds powder with milk every morning and evening is very helpful. External application of this powder in the vaginal area is also helpful.
In case of pain in the testicles, apply the paste made of ground mango stem part which has knots and cow urine. Give it some heat after application.
In case of excessive bleeding during periods, piles, and hemorrhoids: consume 20-40 gm of mango bark extract twice a day to control the blood flow. 1-2 gm of mango seed powder can also be taken.
Fumes of mango powder can help get rid of the mosquitos.
Mango for Pros:
Drink Aamkalp slowly for 2-3 weeks regularly in case of mental weakness, headaches, heaviness, etc.
In case of inflammation of the large intestine and diarrhea, take 5-30 gm of the following powder 3-4 times a day. The powder: 60 gm mango seed kernel powder, 20 gm black pepper, cumin seeds and ginger root, 2 gm mango gum powder and 1 gm poppy powder – sieve these through a fine cloth.
Caution:
In case one experiences digestion problems after eating mangoes, take 2-3 black plums or take a pinch of salt with ginger root powder.
People with liver disorders and ascites should not eat mangoes.
