Kukunthara Marma: Located on the meeting place of the pelvic bones just above the buttocks

Location and Characteristics

• It is a marma point present in the back.
• There are total 2 of these points (one on either side of the vertebral column).
• Located precisely: In the hips, on the meeting place of the pelvic bones just above the buttocks

Health Significance

⚠️ Injury here can lead to:

• Loss of sensation and movements in the lower part of the body
