Location and Characteristics

• It is a marma point present in the back.
• There are total 2 of these points (one on either side of the vertebral column).
• Located precisely: In the hips, at the highest point of the curved part of the top of hips (also known as illiac crest)

Health Significance

⚠️ Injury here can lead to:

• Death caused by slow internal bleeding
