Recommended Foods:

- Beets
- Carrots
- Figs
- Dates
- Date sugar
- Raisins
- Spinach and other fresh leafy greens
- Drinking carrot or beet juice with a pinch of cinnamon is quite effective.
- Eat plain yogurt with 1 tsp of turmeric on empty stomach in the morning. Eat in the afternoon only if you have kapha-type anemia or kapha body type.
- Drink copper water if your body type is Vata or Kapha.
